Our Y12 Career-related Programme students (Business and Sustainability) joined forces with Y13 Geography students for a meat-ing at MosaMeat, a Maastricht-based company leading the way in lab-grown meat innovation.
Renowned for creating the world’s first hamburger grown from animal cells in 2013, Mosa Meat is transforming the food industry by developing a sustainable and ethical alternative to traditional meat production. Our students explored the company’s cutting-edge labs, gained insights into their innovative technology and learned how Mosa Meat is combining environmental sustainability with a kinder approach to animals.
