Sofia Skrypnyk – Making Equity & Inclusion a Lived Reality at C&A: Structural Change and Allyship
In her role as Head of Equity, Inclusion & Human Rights at C&A, Sofia is responsible for fostering the culture of equity and inclusion, promoting respect for human rights of employees, and advancing the company’s social impact approach.
Before joining C&A, Sofia worked as Global Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Leader at Ingka Group (IKEA), leading its equality matrix across 30 markets in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Sofia has extensive experience in human rights work internationally, engaging governments, members of parliaments, judiciary and businesses to enhance the protection of open societies.
