The International Baccalaureate Career-related Programme (IBCP) at UWC Maastricht is designed for students aged 16 to 19, who wish to engage in career-related learning.

Who is This Course For?

The Leadership for Sustainable Futures Diploma is designed for passionate and driven students who are eager to make a meaningful impact on the world. This program is perfect for:

What are the Options After?

Graduates of the Leadership for Sustainable Futures Diploma will find that leading universities and higher education situations world wide value the skills, experience and qualifications gained during the course. Universities recognise the academic rigour of the programme. At the same time, the international outlook and vocational teaching give students a portfolio of relevant skills which they can continue to grow. In keeping with the aims of the course, most students go on to continue in an area that they were exposed to (and inspired by) during their studies. Last year, 38% of UWC Maastricht graduates earned scholarships at top US universities through the Davis UWC Scholars Program.
