Flexible Cover Teachers for our Primary School
Making education a force for peace and a sustainable future is what UWC Maastricht is all about. Does your heart beat faster when you see happy and motivated students, when you see kids sharing their experiences, ideas and cultures and learning from others? Then you might be the cover teacher we need!
We are looking for one or more Cover Teachers for our Primary School.
We offer a job in a vibrant international community as a part of a strong team. In our classes there are on average 20 students, aged 4 till 11. Being a cover teacher means that you would be substituting our teachers in case of illness, study days or personal leave. Sometimes this will be planned in advance; sometimes we will reach out to you in the early morning. We are, therefore, looking for somebody who is flexible. On the other hand: we will be flexible too; taking into account your preferences (for example for specific age groups or working days, hours etc.). We are convinced that we will find each other!
Also good to know:
The salary will be according to the collective labour agreement (CAO PO) scale LB, being between € 3463,- and € 5277,- for a full time job depending on relevant experience. We offer a fixed term flexible contract, for working between 4 and 32 hours a week (in consultation).
We are looking for people who are living in the Maastricht area and who have a valid work visa (if applicable) and a certificate of good conduct. You also have to be a trained Primary teacher who can be accredited by DUO.
